So, I've found this gives me a decent shot to HQ just about anything under level 50 at any durability.

Steady Hand II is a level 37 Culinarian skill, and hasty touch is a level 15 Cul skill. If you don't have Steady Hand II, then sub it with Steady Hand I. Careful synth is a level 15 weaver skill, and Waste Not is a level 15 leatherworker skill.

I have juuuuust enough CP at 283 to use all the skills.

Thanks! This is great. My craftsmanship is too high for most of the lower level crafts, because it finishes the item off at the first synthesis, but I'm fully geared for high level crafting.

then replace the first synthesis with another hasty touch.
