Guys, i really love to raid and Malboro's PF sucks and my static has a pretty weird schedule like we don't raid at all. So i'm begging u all: u want to farm FCOB to get your BIS gear i'm up to wipe and learn even if that means u still need T9 clear for it.
I'm trying to assemble a FC raid team with a weekly schedule, raid team will choose the days for raid together (the best ones for everybody to attend).
Give your name at this thread only if u are really a raider: Study the fights before going, try to master your class to do the most dps, be expert at healing, buffering and curing bad stats as a healer, creating the most enmity possible, knowing to time CDs as a tank and try your best to never make the same mistake twice.
I'm tired of trying with people outside FC, already was betrayed after a former member of my static get his tome for weapon 130 leaving our server after geting it whitouth previous warning or goodbyes.
I'm not a casual player, i'm a raider and i'm frustrated about not being able to raid because i need 7 more people who wants to raid so bad like me. This is my last try to gather people, if i can't beat Bahamuth until june 22 i will call it, i'll give up playing FFXIV for good.
Please guys help me. I'm begging u.

I would love to raid on a set schedule. I would prefer to play DRG, but I can WHM/SCH if needed. Tank is a maybe, but I would have to learn the mechanics.

You know I'd be in. My schedule is the hardest part. Weekdays in the evening are my best bet. I'm usually busy doing something on the weekends.

I'd love to raid on some weeknights and the weekends. I would be able to DPS as a BLM.

Totally agree on a set schedule. I suggest Tuesdays and Thursdays. For me personally this will guarantee one raid night a week. These are also the days that Dar is free and willing to raid if we can set up a group, if y'all want to bring him back. In addition, a late-ish night Saturday time might also be good. Setting up raids for just two or three set days also has the advantage of avoiding raiding burnout, as most nights will continue to be free our team to just have fun.

I believe we should set a minimum raid time. My suggestion is two full timers–assuming it's a wipe night–or 3 hours and 15 minutes, whichever comes first. Communication is key. If one of our members cannot commit to this length of time, they need to let the group know ahead of time, and find somebody who can take their place when they need to leave, preferably prior to the raid night.

As for the start and end times, I'm not sure what is best. Would 8-11 PM EST for the weekday raids work for everyone?

Finally, we have multiple 2 and 3 star crafters, so we have no excuse to go into a raid without x attribute potions and some sort of food. I can personally HQ any x-pot, and all I need are ingredients. I can fish for the sharks myself, but help is appreciated. :D I might even be able to make some three star foods, but I will probably need Utena's help figuring out how to make them HQ. :P

I had some other thoughts to add, but I'm tired from work, so I'll just have to remember to bring them up after I am well rested. :P

Maggie, check the T10 strategy guide post for the team we have so far. And one more thing, i've left Tear's point. I quit. And at same night i've made another static with the ones who followed me and Crux friends. Look who i have so far:
- Kupo;
- Latonin (WAR, MNK, WHM);
- Zack;
- Ute;
- Lana;
- Me (PLD or MNK it depends what we need);
- Priscilla Aramis (MNK, NIN, SCH);
- Talent Shreder ( our new WHM for sure);
I'll invite Zuzu as soon as i see him and i'd hope u could join too. We'll be farming coils for everyone;
At same time i'll try to help FC with this like we did at T9, raiding with Static and FC;
