T9 strategy from a Meele DPS perspective
Phase 1 (100% to 65%)
This phase is easy for Meeles but u have a huge responsability maxing your dps on Nael, i'm telling what i did step by step even dodging and stuff.
At beginning of fight after Tank pull and lure Nael to Outer ring use all your cooldowns at beginning of fight, u'll need to do most damage possible to skip phases and easy the Tanks and party damage. If u use all your CDs at beginning u'll have all ready for phase 2 (believe me u'll need all your CDs for this). While are u dpsing Nael will use a sequence of skills:
- Stardust: He will choose random players to drop meteors on them, if u are targeted place your meteor on the outer ring far as possible of Tank and Nael (be careful if u place a meteor next to another the first will blow up wiping the party). While u are dpsing pay atention to your surroundings to see where u can place a meteor way ahead it happens to avoid hiting another. I usually change the side i'm attacking if there is a meteor there already. I don't know if it is by chance or not but Nael's rarely choose a meele as a meteor target;
- Reaven's beak: What this do: Does a lot damage on Tank and place a debuff on him with a countdown, when the countdown is over Tank blows up (he needs to use cooldowns and Healers need to top him to survive, adlo, SS, etc) and kill all meele near him. I died a lot to this at first the i found a solution, i dps him at maximum meele range, like my hands almost hiting only the air, believe me u avoid explosion. ^^ But u don't need to worry about at first Reaven's beak after casting that to Tank shortly after Nael jumps to the farthest player on the arena, just follow him, Tank will stay put, so no explosions on u;
- Chariot and Termionic Beam: After Nael jump on the farthest player she'll start to cast Chariot (a huge push AOE very easy to dodge) and she will place a red mark on a random player but MT (this is termioninc beam does damage enough to kill anyone alone but can be soaked by party), while she is casting u have time to hit her once more, avoiding AOE hit her once more and stack to party to soak Termionic beam i even don't have time to stop moving after soaking because Nael
jumps back to Tank (that's why Tank stay put and doesn't stack for Termionic Beam, that jump is a AOE and kill any nearby player) and go fast to keep dpsing;
- Stardust and Reaven's Beak again: She will use Stardust again and Reaven's beak just after, be careful this time it'll blows up while u are there dpsing, stay the maximum meele range. After a second stardust she will use;
- Meteor stream: Nael jumps from the arena and disappears at the same time she will mark players with a blue mark, this the time to spread, don't stand near anyone because Nael will jump at all marked players at same time (it is like 2500 to 3k damage) and STAY AWAY FROM TANK until Nael jump on him, if u are near him u'll die. After Nael's is back start dpsing again;
- Stardust and double meteor stream: Nael will use stardust again and a few seconds later another Meteor stream, this time will be 2 in a row so if u are marked twice she will jump on, u'll die if u don't do something or healers heal u before the second hit, what i do to avoid death: all meeles can use Second wind ability (from my class) save it for after first jump and if u are target of meteor stream again, as a MNK i change to earth fists to mitigate 10% of damage and then switch back to fire fists;
- If your party dps is the expected for this Nael will be at 65% right now and he will jump to center and turn herself untargetable, this marks the beginning of phase 2;
Phase 2 (Golens phase);
- While u are busy dpsing the golens the ones tanking needs to make golens eat all meteors on the arena, each golem can eat 3 meteors tops and 1 golem can't touch each other, in both scenarios the golem will transform to a Supr Golem and that means a wipe;
- Nael will mark 3 random players (MT included) with green marks (green meteors), this 3 meteors must placed on the 3 center cyrcles. When the mark disappears run to the outer ring to mitigate the fall damage and 3 green meteors will transform to 3 golens (blue, red and green). MT will tank green (he does a lot damage), a healer will tank blue and a bard must tank red;
- Your first target is green, u need to kill it before he change his color to red (60 sec), before they change colors green and blue aren't able to do theirs special abilities so kill green before he changes so that way after the other 2 change colors
there will be no green ( a golem dead means the death of that color), if u can't the another green will use Demolish (u can't stop this attack), this is a massive damage to all party, almost a wipe. So your first priority as a Meele is along with the others kill green before he changes;
- Green death now is blue turn: This too is a dps check ( u can use it to verify if your dps is good enough to skip 2nd Meracidia and 3rd Heaven's fall, we talk about this later) if u can kill blue before it uses his special ability (only second blue can do this) "Earth shock"(massive damage to party and a paralyses debuff no healable, bard can use silence to stop Earth Shock) or before Red uses a AOE that leaves a blue flame pool on the arena your dps is enough to skip future phases;
- Blue death, last one red: If your dps is good enough u'll be able to start dpsing red when he is casting blue flames AOE and u'll be able to kill him before he uses earthquake.
- After all 3 golens dead it'll begin a meteor shower 6 meteros will fall in a row to random members so u need to spread, need to place all meteors on the outer ring and far from each other. The strategy that i always use is 3 groups near the outher ring 1 group at NE, another NW and 1 south, one group has the 2 healers, and the other 2 with with 3 members each. 2nd group should be Meeles + MT and 3rd group shoulde be the others 3 dpss. After all meteors placed in the outer ring a new set of 3 green meteors will fall again and again 3 golens to kill. Do the same procedure u did to kill first set of golens and remember this time your team need to feed 6 meteors to golens. After killing all golens Megaflare is coming.
Phase 3 (Heavensfall) (65% to 46%) (Here i'll only post the strategy of good dps enough to skip 2nd Meracidia):
The beginning of this phase is marked by Megaflare;
- After Megaflare Nael will use 1st Heaven's fall: A giant pillar will fall at center of the arena, if u are to near the center u will die. Pillar will push everyone towards the wall so u can't be too near the wall either or u'll die because touching the wall. After falling while pillar is breaking apart it does a giant AOE, so to prevent being in wrong spot for falling and AOE someone on the party should mark A for Tank and B for rest of party on NE cyrcle not too far from center and not too near the wall. After a few seconds a add shows up (Phantom of Meracidia), this add hit like a truck so kill it fast.
- While all this is happening Nael starts to use debuffs on the party: Garrote (Red) and Garrote twist (Purple). The first one does nothing so don't worry about it but Twist is a death sentence if u don't clean it on time. To clean this debuffs wait for Meracidia dies and he'll leave 3 white circles, each circle can only be used by one member after steping on it it'll disappear. So leave the white circles for garrote twist inflicted member or if u have twist clean yourself.
- After Meracidia dies Nael shortly after will cast 2nd Heavensfall: This one is a little harder because the pillar will trigger Aoes on all arena cones like 2 times swithing then at same time Nael will cast Supernovas at random members, supernova's members have 3 sec to get out of Supernova before it hits them so be carefull.
- DPS at this part must be awesome so a Melee can use (LB3 or LB2) to drop Nael's hp to 46% and skip 2nd Meracidia.
- If your party made everything right Nael will start to casting "Bahamuts favor" this will marks start of phase 4.
I'll continue this later pretty tired after typing this much ^^. Only phase 4 left.

Phase 4: Last phase and the hardest one of all raids so far (not including FCOB):
- Tank here will have to deal with a lot of damage so healers must take good care of him all fight;
- After casting Bahamut's favor 3 dragons will appear outside the arena (Fire dragon, Ice dragon, Thunder Dragon), this dragon at some point will use divebombs on the arena, if they hit the party it'll be a wipe. There is a way to avoid this, u'll need to position waymarks to place divebombs there.
- How to do Divebombs waymarks: 3 dragons, 2 dives. First dive 2 first dragons clockwise from north so u need to be sure the 2 first dragons will dive toward each other for the minimum dive AOE possible: Waymark A for first dive so this one will be placed between 2 first dragons (the half of distance of one dragon to another almost touching the wall). 2nd dive 3rd dragon clockwise from north, this one is easy just place waymark B slightly on his right.
Way to memorize: If there is a dragon North>> A goes 2 o'clock (NE) and B 9 o'clock (W). If there isn't a dragon N but one at E>> A goes 5 o'clock and B 10 o'clock. If there is no dragon N or E>> A 7 o'clock and B North.
- Assign one member to place A and B just when Nael is casting bahamut's favor (summoning the dragons) and start this awesome last phase;

Phase 4 (Mechanics):
- Ice dragon: He will use a ice attack on random player with a debuff of ice, if u eat 2 ices u die (even Tanks) so to clean ice u need to eat a fire from fire dragon. But don't worry u have time, ice dragon will target all members before randomly target all members again;
- Fire dragon: He will use a fire attack (Fire AOE with a tether connecting u to fire dragon) where u go tether goes so u only hit party with fire if u want. Fire leaves a fire debuff if u eat 2 fires u die too (just like ice). U need a ice to clean and vice versa. So your party must coordenate fire: one out and one in>> Fire out, Fire in, Fire out, Fire in…. until the end;
- Thunder dragon: Hit someone with a thunderstruck debuff with a countdown. After countdown is over thunderstruck activates and hit everyone on a small aoe near u but u (a little bigger than Meele range circle). So pay attention if u have this debuff, u must go to Nael's back while all party are on Nael's front.
- Supernovas: This started on Heavensfall part, circle aoe that target random members and that player have 3 sec to get out after Nova hited. It does a lot damage and a heavy (esunable) debuff.
- Lunar Dynamo: Like a donut aoe, safe in the center and not safe on a huge donut AOE, so stay too near of Nael or too far. I forgot to put Lunar Dynamo mechanics on first phase and i apologize for that: It happens together with first meteor stream on first phase.
- Meteor stream: This mechanic is back on last phase together with first dive so move but at same time spreaded from everyone;
- Divebomb: Huge AOE with a powerfull push force that will surely push u to the wall, if u don't die to impact (huge damage) will die to wall contact.

Phase 4 (Nael's rotation):
If u do exactly like what i'm posting here u'll have no problem to clear phase 4, there isn't RNG in this one, Nael always goes through this rotation:

1- Fire out/in, Thunderstruck and Lunar Dynamo: All party needs to stack (waymarks for divebombs must be ready) on Nael's front. FIRE OUT will appear on random member, he must get away from party (not too far). After fire triggers Nael will jump on the farthest player (Fire out member) at same time another member gets thunderstruck. Nael will start casting Lunar Dynamo after jumping on fire out guy so everyone but Thunderstruck guy will go to Nael's front and Thunderstruck guywill go to Nael's back. After Lunar and thunderstruck trigger everyone must be stacked again a FIRE IN is coming to clean ice. After Fire in another THUNDERSTRUCK will target someone: same procedure go to Nael's back ( u can go anywhere this time away from party but i prefer Nael's back so i don't stop dpsing as a Melee).

2- Iron chariot + Fire out + Thunderstruck + Supernova + termionic beam: This one must be done just like i'll write here if u don't someone or everyone will die.
Step 1: FIRE OUT here is the signal for everyone but MT spread out and at same time get away from center for lure Supernovas away from center. MT stay on boss (healers please don't stop taking care of him) until he start casting Iron Chariot;
Step 2: MT go away from center too. The same goes for MT, don't stand near another member.
Step 3: Thunderstruck will hit someone stay away until thunderstruck triggers (this is your signal thunderstruck guy to go to center stack) and then go to center to stack with everyone;
Step 4: Supernovas will hit 3 players, at same time Termionic beam will choose one member, that's why u guys are spreaded and away from center to lure Supernovas away from center. U'll need center to stack to Termionic beam. Wait for 2 supernovas hit party and go to center, if u wait all 3 supernovas will be too late;
Step 5: Stack EVERYONE to Termionic Beam at center (This is where a lot parties wipe because they don't stack at right time and there is supernovas on center). Follow this 5 steps and u'll be alive to next part (Heals please);

3- Divebombs + Double meteor stream: After part 2 Tank must move Nael and everyone follow to near waymark A to make easier to place 1st divebomb. The dive mark is the same from T5 (green circle). When dive appear marked one go to A and stays there until mark disapears, at same time blue marks (meteor stream starting) will target random members (Marked for dive can be a target as well) and Nael will jump away from Arena. Just after divebomb mark appeared everyone move (spreaded) near B to be easier to second divebomb guy go to B and avoid the huge A divebomb aoe. A divebomb guy must flee from A towards B and be careful to don't go near another member ( to not eat or share a unnecessary meteor stream). B divebomb guy places 2nd dive to B while everyone else move towards to A just after Divebomb A happened. Wait for 2nd divebomb mark disappear and flee towards A to avoid divebomb. STAY AWAY FROM TANK Nael will jump on him and kill every no MT near him.

4- Part 1 + Part 2: Nael will fight whitouth the dragons for like 1 min so dps with all u have in this 1 min then she will cast Bahamut's favor again. Member in charge of waymarks will need to change A and B for divebombs placement. Now Part 1 and Part 2 repeat do the same procedure as before, it is a failure proof procedure. Keep going until second set of divebombs.

5- Divebombs + Lunar Dynamo: Same as before but this time Nael won't leave so bring Nael and everyone else (stacked this time) near A to place first dive. Divebomb mark appeared bring Nael and everyone else but divebomb guy near B, A divebomb guy wait for mark disappear and flee towards B. 2nd divebomb marked player go to B while Tank bring Nael and everyone else to center (closer to A and away from .B) and Lunar Dynamo will start casting at same time 2nd divebomb hits so B guy wait for mark disappear and sprint to stack to the party, the only place safe for this lunar dynamo is stacked with Nael and party members.

This is it, Nael's rotation. Keep it until Nael drops dead. I wrote this guide with my own words from my experience from T9 10 clears. I hope u guys like it, i made all effort to create it.
P.S: Nael has a rage timer i think it is 13 min but im not sure so be careful, kay?
