go to ariyala, it has all of the combat gear, a bis solver if you wish to use it, it has the stats and max melds for not only the relics but also the hq crafted gear. it has more than combat gear though, it also has crafter and gatherer gear, with their hq stats and max melds. on top of that it also has a clock for gathering that also has how much gathering you need to get the item and how much perception you need to get them hq
