Guys i'll try my best to make a good tutorial about the class and i'll try to post some pics of each action in the future. So let's get started.
I'm not going to teach u how u make your hotbar or PC comands, make the way u feel confortable with, but just saying i like to use 4 hotbars for the class:
1 to all flank attacks;
1 to all rear attacks;
1 for my AOES: Secondary bar, rare to use because MNK is awesome attacking 1 monster at time so u'll never see me using AOEs a lot, just against low hp mobs. Arm of destroyer is low damage but u can silence all nearby enemies if u are Opo-opo form (very useful against blue golem in T9);
1 for all my pvp abilities.
-MNK is usually low damage before having Greased Lightning 3 buff, Twin Snakes buff and Dragon Kick Debuff (to mob) up. U always need to do everything to keep GL3 alive, that's the most important thing to control if u want to be a good MNK.
-MNK has 2 dots and DK (Dragon Kick) debuff that u need to keep all alive until boss dies to do most damage possible, if u go with me to a dungeon u'll see all of 3 on boss all the time. My rotation make that very easy to control because at the end of each rotation all of them will be renewed. If u need to dodge too much at least try to timing your attacks to keep GL3 alive even if that means healers healing u a couple thousands of HP ( that's their job, right? Yours is dpsing like crazy and don't die but taking a little damage for a good cause, it is worthy).
I'll continue this post later, need to be back to work. Next i'll post my entire rotation and explain it step by step. ^^

Hi, I'm back. ^^
Now let's go to MNK's rotation, kay? I'll explain some important moves and then my rotation (I'll use my own words so the explanation can be a little sloopy and i won't add potency of attacks info here only buffs and debuffs, i'll do that in future posts):
- DK (Dragon Kick): Reduces 10% of enemy blunt defense and inteligence - Flank attack- Duration: 15s ;
- TwS (Twin Snakes):Increases damage in 5%- Flank- Dur: 15s;
-SP (Snap Punch): Flank;
-BS (Bootshine): If u use this one while in opo-opo form and on the rear always will be a critical attack (Remember to use this one with DK effect up, insane damage)- Rear;
-TrS (True Strike): 5% of chance of being critical attack- Rear;
-Demolish: Low damage but put a 18 sec dot on enemy- Rear;
-TOD (Touch of death): Lower damage than Demolish but put a 30 sec dot on enemy- No positional required;
- IR (Internal Release): Increases Critical rate in 30% (with traits);
- PB (Perfect Balance): Allows u to execute any move u want whitouth u being in that form (and bonus from forms too, for instance DK debuff will work and u'll receive GL if u use coeurl's form attacks);
-ShT (Shoulder Tackle): Only works if u are 10 yalms from enemy, makes u almost teleport to enemy and hit him with a powerfull attack with a stun effect;
-HoF (Howling Fist): Deliver a attack to all enemies in line before u (very strong);
-Steel Peak: Deliver a potent attack with a stun effect (Don't use this to 3rd Levi ex add, really upset the OT, i know because i did it a lot at first, not my intention it was part of my rotation ^^);
Important: U must have INVIGORATE and BLOOD FOR BLOOD (from lancer) ;
I'll continue in the next message. Phewwww

Now the rotation, finnally. ^^
THE OPENING ( I call the opening until u achieve GL3 and be able to start the main MNK's rotation)
I have 2 openings, the first one if u have PB ready and the second if u don't (like u just wiped and PB is cooldowning or u lost GL3 because u needed to dodge too much>> T9 is a good example).
-First opening(PB ready): ShT>PB>(REAR)>Demolish>(FLANK)>SP>SP*>DK**>SP>ToD>Internal Release>DK***>TwS>BloodforBlood>HoF>SteelPeak>(REAR)>Demo>BS>TrS>(FLANK)>SP
*GL3 will be up from this point forward. **U just puted a DK effect on enemy ***I know Bootshine is more damage to use here but u'd need to move to rear to use and after that u'd need to go back to flank for TwS in this case time is damage, stay with DK
If u do this right u'll be only behind Tanks (agroo's table) in almost all raid bosses;
-Second opening (No PB, lost GL3 middle fight or just wiped): ToD>(REAR) BS*>(FLANK)>TwS>(REAR)>Demo>(FLANK)>DK>TwS**>SP>(REAR)>BS>TrS>Demo***
*BS here is the best choice because it is more powerfull (even whitouth the critical) than DK since u aren't at Opo-Opo form (No DK debuff is possible yet) **TwS isn't the best damage here since TrS has 5% crit chance but u would need to change to rear and then flank again, so don't waste time ***GL3 is up.

MAIN ROTATION (Yayyy)
From opening DK is up, ToD is up, TwS is up, Demo is up. Let's keep them alive, kay? Ohhhh and don't forget GL3 ISSSSS UPPPPPP.
U have a window of 12 sec before renew GL3 and to do that u need to make 1 mini rotation (Opo-Opo>Raptor>Coeurl>Opo-Opo when u arrive to Opo-Opo again u just renewed GL3) u'll take 6 sec if the finish is SP and 7 sec if the finish is Demo, so u have at least 5 sec to dodge, 5 sec to use other abilites like Mantra, Blood for blood, Internal release, HoF, Steel Peak. Too much talking let's go to rotation ^^:
(FLANK)>DK>TwS>SP**>(REAR)>BS>TrS>Demo*** (REPEAT)
** and *** When ToD is almost running out (less than 6 sec) renew it after SP or Demo, don't forget to renew it, your damage is incomplete if ToD is off

I know the main rotation is pretty simple but u need to keep in mind to use your cooldowns when u have them or need them, u have 5 spare seconds to use them before another SP or Demo, think this well. It is your job to do the most damage possible think like a dps race u need to kill the enemy fast, it is YOUR JOB. MNK still is the most insane damage of all dpss because it is sustainable. For instance to kill Shiva ex golens fast i use my cooldowns like this:
In the midle of fight>(FLANK)>DK>Internal Release>TwS>Blood for blood>HoF>Steel Peak>SP>(REAR)>BS>TrS>Demo (And always renewing ToD whenever is necessary), this one is only the rotation when i use all damage cooldowns.
believe me i almost steal Golem's agroo after this from Tank (sometimes i do). ^^
And remember healers are counting on your Mantra, use it when the time is right.

Cooldowns are instant that's why u need to use steel peak in midlle rotation even if enemy is resistant to stun ( and i like more this way, Tanks like to stun enemies by themselves) and HoF also. If u can save them to use together with blood for blood and internal release it is awesome damage but dont hold them too much, if blood will take time use what is ready, dont hold your dps Levi ex kills u if u take too long, Nael, Shiva, Ultima's ballad, etc.
If u need to take a AOE (not the one shot ones) in the face because GL3 is almost running out do it, Scott will heal u (i hope ^^).
HINT 1: Whenever u need to dodge AOEs or whatever keep running until u be able to use Sholder tackle to get back to enemy and a bonus hit.
HINT 2: U guys know how Bosses love to call adds (Cowards) and u always need to kill those adds so if u need to change targets remember to keep GL3 up and if the next attack is bootshine change it to DK (Add has no DK effect on him yet) and if next in rotation is SP replace it for Demo (No demo dot on add yet) and aply ToD after Demo. After that try to return to normal rotation and keep it going until add is dead. Remember only try to fight a far away add if it is on Shoulder Tacke range.
This is where common sense is up, from now on u fight your own way adapting the rotation for your use, for the situation u are at that moment. ^^
HINT 3: Always fire gloves on, forget about wind and Earth, they are waste of time. Well not a totally waste of time. If u are afraid to die because Tank lost his agroo change to earth gloves for a few moments, wind gloves u can use to dodge Titan ex's WOL and Levi ex attacks and that's it. To do damage always use fire gloves (5% more damage all the time).

-Why dots are so important for MNKs?
No boss are Punching bag, u wont be able to be punching all fight u'll need to run from boss sometimes, dots will keep doing damage until u be able to comeback to kick boss's ass. Even if u dont need to dodge much (like T8=DPS check) u need to keep the dots up, they are there together with your attacks upgrading your damage. So use it, kay?
- Why invigorate?
I'll tell u what: First time i needed Invigorate that much it was at T8. My tp runned out when boss had 75% of HP, whitouth TP and Bard using ballad (for healers) my dps droped to last on agroo's table, they were parsing me and that made me think that i was a ultimate failure. From that day on i studied my class like i was studying for a important research. I went to a striking dummy and trained for days until perfect my rotation, and i lved up lancer to get his abilties Invigorate and blood for blood. DOW needs Invigorate, your dps depends on it.
- The another bummer thing u need for MNK:
U need to get used to face enemy all the time, u lose at least 3 auto attacks each rotation if your char isn't facing enemy, your dps drops a lot whenever u need to move from flank to rear and from rear to flank, we are talking about a lot damage, u'll drop from second on agroo table to 8th. So for improving my MNK still more i got used to lock target whenever i move, i only disable lock target when i need to dodge. It was the hardest thing i needed to get used to, but it is a LOTTT rewarding, my dps upgraded a lot because all my auto attacks hits even if i'm running like crazy to boss's sides and rear. The problem is when lock target is on u lose a lot boss's arena view u'll need to be more alert than any ranged dps. Do u know where i trained that? The perfect place u'll perfect lock target for u? Titan ex. ^^

Well guys that's it for now, I still have a lot to post but i'll do that later. My main objective here is giving new MNK's a first push ^^. Love u all, and ask away in this post if u need more hints ^^.
Last thing to remember: AOEs for MNKs isnt very useful only use it against low hp mobs, like mini dragons at Stone vigil HM. U kill one mob by yourself very fast with GL3 up, let the AOEs for another dps do. Kill the one with highest hp or the one more annoying like Blue ballons ^^. See u guys. I hope u like it.
