Assuming you have a 50 omnicrafter, this macro helped out with all the 40 durability reagents I needed to craft in the lower 50's.
The version below takes 316 CP. If you have less, swap out Basic Touches for Hasty Touches starting at the front. (You want your guaranteed touches at the back when you have the most IQ stacks.) If you have more, you can swap Basic out for Standard.
If you can't craft within a single Careful Synthesis II, swap some touches out for additional CS IIs. This obviously lowers the quality you'll get (the macro above gets me between 2000-3000 in level 50 Patrician's gear). You could extend this more by breaking it into two macros like I had to do for the 35 durability reagents, but if you're lazy and just power crafting through this level range, should be "good enough".
